Having had experience with relatives and friends at other retirement villages in Colorado and elsewhere, Springbrooke is a revelation. The facilities and setup are awesome and residents have tons options for activities both at Springbrooke and around town. The location is perfect with grocery, medical facilities, restaurants, etc. nearby and it's a safe environment. Most important to us, the staff are friendly and attentive and go out of their way to engage with and look after residents. They have a nice hybrid "assisted" program where residents can stay in their independent apartments and receive additional services as needed without having to move to the assisted wing. We evaluated six other facilities and settled on Springbrooke and have no regrets.”
